I called (866-895-9127) the rebate center and they confirmed the rebate limit is four $10 prepaid cards and four cups. All 20 quarts on one receipt is okay.

Not holding out for any hope on this but the prices have went up and no $4 instant gift card.

First use of 0W20 has been a sucess so far. Too soon to have any long term results accross several vehicles.

I also got the cup email and "No submission was found" online. So I called (8660 895-9127 and they said you can't check status online, only by phone. They confirmed my rebate was approved for a $40 gift card.

So, people submitted claims at the beginning of May and 2 months later still no rebates...highly suspect.

If you don't hear anything from them, call them . Otherwise you won't get anything, no email and no call. I just called them, the lady said, the system or the computer they used, don't see my receipt (specifically when you use your phone, pic of the receipt) it won't qualify. She had to manually check my receipts and she proved it.

I just received all 4 $10 rebates. No problem using mypaymentvault virtual Mastercards to reload my Amazon gift card balance. I purchased 4 five quart jugs on 4 separate receipts and submitted 4 separate claims. All were accepted on the first submission and I did not contact them at any point.

5/23 - Submitted and confirmed
6/30 - Received cup tracking and $10 promise email
7/3 - Received cups via USPS
7/10 - Received mypaymentvault emails and "washed" the funds Smilie

Good oil, 4 cups and $40!
