I called (866-895-9127) the rebate center and they confirmed the rebate limit is four $10 prepaid cards and four cups. All 20 quarts on one receipt is okay.

Submitted rebate online June 11th.
Received rejection [error] email on June 23rd.
Received email saying my submission "has now been requalified" on July 1st.
Called July 22nd to get status, agent replied that it was "stuck" and she has pushed it forward. Her latest estimate was 2-3 weeks.
Called Aug 7th to get another status, agent replied that it was "processed" today. Due to this long process, they are now saying that they can only mail out a physical card. Another 2 weeks they said to wait. UGH.

Today received the CUP via USPS. But still no rebate.

Called July 22nd to get status, agent replied that it was "stuck" and she has pushed it forward. Her latest estimate was 2-3 weeks.
Called Aug 7th to get another status, agent replied that it was "processed" today. Due to this long process, they are now saying that they can only mail out a physical card. Another 2 weeks they said to wait. UGH.
Aug 25th received the CUP via USPS. But still no rebate.

Called today to get status, agent replied it could take 4 weeks for physical card to be delivered via USPS. That is Sept 16th for me apparently. If card doesn't arrive by that date, call again and they will re-issue. My luck, I will be calling for a re-issue. F* Mobil1 rebate. Never again.

Typical 'designed not to be paid rebate'. I admire you for holding them accountable by paying the 'hassle tax'.

Damn I actually got the rebate today. I never thought it would come. I never emailed them or anything and it always said on the update page that it couldn't find my submission.

I've done lots of pennzoil rebates in the past, those have typically been trouble free. Don't recall doing many (if any) with mobil 1 however. I guess this is the expected behavior of rebates these days. If you don't stay on top of it, they will do whatever they can to deny it.

Received a $20 physical card in the mail today. There were no markings or indication it was for this promo but I don't know what else it could be for. No sign of any cups though =(

Just called the number today as I hadn't heard anything for over 3 months and the status site was showing "no submission found". Agent was really nice and didn't see any reason it should have been "unqualified" and pushed it through for reprocessing. Hopefully it works 🤞🏽

Redeemed digitally and it will not go through at amazon.. cancelled Gift card order, deleted and re added to payment method, etc.. it just will not take. I'll give it a rest for a bit but this makes redeeming it much harder.

I had this issue. Don't reload gc. Buy Amazon egc email to you. Still have problem then do it on pc. Not on phone app .

The cups are metal with a decal wrap layer, I did get the cups (before I even received the email about the gift cards), but I would trade the cups for $10 so you did well

I did a submission for one 5 quart bottle in July. My rebate came via email last week: $20. I didn't think much of it at the time, but then my cups--yes, plural, as there were two of them--arrived yesterday, and I realized that for some reason I got double what I expected. The oil was dirt cheap, and the cups are pretty nice.
