Nice. Just need to add another 1k for cpu cooler, motherboard, 32gb ram, and 2tb m2 hdd. So basically about 2k to gut my old case. Ouch

The 5070 is a 1440p card and the x3d CPUs shine the most in 1080/1440p gaming. At 4k the cpu matters very little compared to the gpu so I think it's a decent pairing.

Today's "bundles" make no sense. Generally a generational "upgrade" of a CPU requires a new motherboard and often new ram.
They might as well throw in a 12 pack of single ply toilet paper.
