Got this the other day to use as a UPS power back up for router, PS5, 3d printer and TV. I tested unplugging it while I had all those turned on and it worked fine.

I was considering before this one I guess the more traditional UPS by cyber power. This one has more battery storage more output capability. Also LFP can last 2 to 3 times as long as I believe the lead acid that's in those more traditional UPS units.

Also like that, it's from Sam's so better return policy than some places. Was considering Lowe's had a model on sale for about 120 more the anker CX 1000 gen 2. It has some more ports and plug-ins, but I can get by without those with a power strip and don't like that Lowe's only has a 48 hour return policy for portable generators.

So I'm really considering this to replace my UPS. I already have a EcoFlow Delta 2 + Spare Battery and powerwalls but after upgrading my PC to an RTX 5090, my existing CyberPower UPS would constantly throw overloading alarms while gaming since it could only hit 900-1000 VA (despite having a 1500 VA rating). This would provide the necessary UPS output (10ms switch time) until the powerwalls kick in (about 300-500 ms) as a good alternative.

shit - I just got a cyberpower UPS on the SD from last week. I plan to use it on my 5090 powered PC - I hope I don't run into same issues you are.

High chance you will if you have a high powered CPU as well (I have a 9950X3D). I've tried moving all my monitors / speakers and other appliances off the UPS and just main PC tower, but nope I still trip the overload.

This is basically my model. https://www.cyberpowersystems.com...500pfclcd/

My PSU is a 1000W SAMA that is handling it, but definitely pulling about 900W's on the main tower under heavy gaming load.
