Great experience with bircen sunglasses of many types. 2 metal framed pairs still going strong and keep in sunglasses holder inside car since they didn't come with a hard case.
For best results, pay attention to the measurement information - various styles fit quite differently.

yeah mine pretty much remain in clody state. Really hard to tell if they go to clear or dark changes

At this price range you can pretty much guarantee the coatings will peel off. Lots of examples of this in the photo reviews.

I've bought a bunch of Bircen sunglasses over the past five or six years because I'm terrible about losing sunglasses, these are cheap, and they're as well-built as anything I've found for under $50. The lenses are good (though pay attention to the color—some of them are very dark) and the frames are durable. Not my favorite styling, but for $10, I'll still buy a few most years.
