One can get the same MSI G274QPF 27" WQHD from ebay refurbished for $112 (slickdeals doesn't allow me to put the ebay link here but you can search on ebay website)

I bought 2 of them at the price $112 in the past. It said "refurbished" but looks no difference as new. It is also with 2 years warranty. And the title of the ebay one shows "170 Hz". The actual ones they sent are the version 2 with a better config 180Hz

I bought 2 of them at the price $112 in the past. It said "refurbished" but looks no difference as new. It is also with 2 years warranty. And the title of the ebay one shows "170 Hz". The actual ones they sent are the version 2 with a better config 180Hz

Costco gives you 90 days no questions return, and if you are an Executive they give you 1 extra year on warranty, so say you have 1 year warranty, they give you 2, and you don't have to go through the manufacturer. But you still have to go through their Costco Concierge for warranty stuff of electronics, and in my experience, it has always been taken care of.

So yes, the warranty on electronics is not quite the same. It's still basically better than everyone else, however.
