4GB RAM for Windows 11 is not really enough for daily use. Also, the 1366×768 resolution is pretty poor by today's standards. I'd say spending $180 on this configuration is basically wasting money.

Is 4GB enough for Mint?
It's sad to see how pricey laptops are these days. Target had a 1080p Asus with a better processor, upgradable SSD and same amount of RAM for $100 a few years ago.

4GB of RAM might be enough to run Linux Mint for basic tasks, such as web browsing, document editing, and watching videos.
But it is still not recommended because it's a minimal configuration for most of systems now.
You can find some good refurbished laptop deal around $200. I got an refurbished acer 14" (with Intel N305, 8G soldered ram, 1920x2080 resolution, 3lb) for $158 a couple of months ago. It is almost new and the battery can last at 8+ hours. I am happy with it so far though the ram usage could run to 90%+ sometimes. You might be able to find some similar deal if you keep monitoring slickdeals.
