If you look closely at the pic, it is clearly a 4Ah battery. Also, the item description shows that it includes a 4Ah battery. So you actually just falsely accused me of being negligent. Why don't you try getting your facts straight before making ridiculous accusations... in bold lettering no less. What a joke.

I own this. It works much quieter than a 3 gal ryobi vacuum, but I prefer the 1 gal vacuum over this because the on-off switch is very hard to use. You press and nothing happens. You press really hard and it turns on. You press really hard and nothing happens. You press really hard and it goes to lower speed. You press to turn off and nothing happens. You press really hard and it turns off. You get the idea. Its really annoying to use as the switch doesnt respond to normal presses, and you have to press really hard to have the switch sometimes work. I would have returned it if I got it at HD. I suggest you get one instead at HD to see if it is worth it to you.
