This adjustable bench is being treated as a very cheap, compact option for basic home workouts and apartment storage. The strongest praise centers on its low price, easy assembly, sturdy feel for lighter use, and convenient foldable size that can slide under a bed. Fit and stability are the main concerns, though, with repeated notes that it feels short, narrow, or wobbly for taller lifters and that the flat seat and decline setup can be awkward. It looks like a budget pick best suited to modest use rather than heavy lifting.
Apartment lifters needing a foldable bench for neck and shoulder work, because it stays flat, stores easily, and works well for raised pressing positions.
Budget home-gym buyers wanting a compact bench for casual workouts, because it is easy to assemble, sturdy for light use, and priced like a bargain.
Lifters around 5'9" using lighter dumbbell routines, because it feels usable at that height and never felt unsafe with moderate loads.
Very tall lifters needing full shoulder room, because the bench feels short and narrow and can leave shoulders not fitting properly.
People doing heavy barbell work, because the bench feels wobbly and several comments say it should not be trusted around heavy weights.
Incline bench users who want a seat that tilts with the backrest, because the seat stays flat and can make you slide down during presses.
Athletes who need a locked, rigid backrest for hanging core moves, because the backrest can loosen from shallow notches during exercises like dragon flags.
