This adjustable bench is being treated as a very cheap, compact option for basic home workouts and apartment storage. The strongest praise centers on its low price, easy assembly, sturdy feel for lighter use, and convenient foldable size that can slide under a bed. Fit and stability are the main concerns, though, with repeated notes that it feels short, narrow, or wobbly for taller lifters and that the flat seat and decline setup can be awkward. It looks like a budget pick best suited to modest use rather than heavy lifting.
Common Questions (5)
The bench is 30 inches long and weighs about 17 lbs, which makes it feel short and light to some users. People around 5'9" to 6'4" say it can feel narrow or short, and one comment specifically says a 6'6" user should look for a real bench instead.
At around $35-$42, it is described as a solid budget option if money is tight, and one commenter says it was a great deal versus a similar bench bought for $90. Others prefer Yoleo for longer length and flatter bases, while Flybird is mentioned as the safer step-up choice.
It is reported as sturdy and stable for lighter lifting and general home-gym use, but several comments describe it as wobbly or not something to trust around heavy weights. If you want a bench for serious loading, shoppers repeatedly suggest spending more on a beefier model.
Yes, it folds up and is easy to store; one comment says it slides under a high bedframe. Assembly is also described as quick, with unboxing taking longer than putting it together.
The seat stays flat when the backrest is inclined, so you can slide down during incline benching and spend energy staying in position. That design is the main drawback called out for incline work.
