If you needed a cheap bench I would probably get the Yoleo instead. Yoleo is 1.5 inches longer, holds more weight, and has flat bases as opposed to round ones for stability. I have the Yoleo one and at 5'10" I feel like I'm maxing it out. I only use it for dumbbells and other exercises. I would not feel comfortable lifting super heavy with it, but at that level, you would need safer and beefer equipment anyway.
This! I got the Yoleo this week and it feels short and narrow already. You don't want anything smaller or lighter unless you plan on just sitting on it to rest. I ordered the Flybird WB3 to test and will return the Yoleo if the Flybird works better for me. Yoleo is fine for a cheap bench but this time I decided to pay more for confort and stability. At $35, this silly-named one just might work for you. Yoleo at around $54 would be a middle ground. At $104, the Flybird better be an upgrade.

Just brought last week, I thought the comments about don't buy if you are taller than 5'8" were just silly but now I see it. I'm 5'9" and I might prefer something a little taller (or at least the leg pegs be lower / adjustable). Still useable but any taller and it might not be if you plan to use the leg pegs (or whatever they are called). However for $42 I am very happy with it still and it slides under my (rather high) bedframe. Took longer to unbox than assemble. I did add two extra washers for the other side of the bolts, or "o rings" as the manual called them....

FWIW, I normally do 150-200 mini crunches 5 days per week, however after getting this I did 100 full blown max depth (from below 180 deg) sit-ups on Wednesday and my abs are still killing me Saturday Wink

Same. And having received and used the Yoleo, I absolutely hate it and regret my purchase.
Assuming this one would be better?

Much better options for not too much more out there, but a good deal if you're in need and money is tight.

I have this bench for my home gym--I'm 6'4, 210, lift 2-3 times/week. It's a little short, and my shoulders don't quite fit. Biggest downside is it is very wobbly/unstable. Can't do step ups and tough to do lunge squats. Would recommend spending a little more if you're an ogre like me.
