This SHOULD work and I've never been turned down for any returns before, but I've also lost access to my account (luckily called and got access back). I'm very hesitant to "hack" a deal anymore. If you end up just keeping the extra tool and/or reselling it on FB or something it's still a great deal and I'd recommend that with this battery kit being only $229 w/ a tool selection.

Yes, I can no longer purchase from the website. They even shut down new accounts if they think related to the banned one.

Not worth compromising your Home Depot account in my opinion, unless you're dying to enter the 60v ecosystem immediately.
