Frequently returned item. I have a pink version of this although not the same brand. It's really difficult to put the fuzz on the mike. So hard in fact that I still haven't been able to do it and in fact it's mostly shredded and useless now. Reports from the person on the other end of the phone when i use the device is that there's a lot of rustling noise even when I'm not moving or touching it. So.
