Makes good coffee but is a pain to clean. There is an adapter that sits in another removable tray and the whole thing sits in a holder where the coffee then comes out. So basically there are three containers the coffee touches that you need to clean. One of them is fixed to the machine and not removable so you need to use a towel to clean it. The mesh filter is also a cool idea in theory, but also a pain to clean. I ended up getting paper filters to put inside the mesh to make clean up easier. Again, good coffee, but if you want drip, just get a dedicated drip or pour over filter coffee maker. If you want to use pods, get something fast and easy to clean like a Keurig Express. Also the old model of this came with the multistream head for k pods. This new one only has one needle.
If you don't care about cleaning your machine, I guess this is a good machine.
