The light from these is harsh 5000K white, not the nicer, softer 2700K warm color

I'd pick up a bunch of these if they had motion sensing! Don't need/want the night light on all night, or 24/7 if in a dark room/corner.

I don't know, these seem kinda risky. Looks like these are just outlet covers that relies on pressure contact with existing outlet. Seems like a recipe for a fire. Nice idea, but I think a better permanent connection might be safer.

Google won't let me open some links from Slick Deals. When I clicked on go to Woot this is what comes up "Check if there is a typo in cj.dotomi.com" Seems I'm being redirected to somewhere else, but I don't know why. This has happened with several links from Slick Deals lately.

Be careful folks with the clip style outlets (like wago clamps).

Not compatible

At least a switch would be nice.

Make sure to order a pack of 9 volts to refresh those smoke detectors while you're at it

I would not recommend these. They are very shaky and rely on small metal pieces that must align perfectly with the outlet's metal pieces inside. Even the slightest movement—such as plugging in a device that pulls just a bit—causes the connection to fail. Once that happens, it's difficult to get it working again without fiddling with it extensively.

Installed these exact ones on all of our lower outlets 9 years ago in July. No issues at all.

Have had these types of outlets for 9 years with no issues. My husband is an electrician no way would he install something that's a fire danger.
