Doesn't look all that sturdy but I guess the price reflects the build quality.

Don't buy this for outdoor use. It'll be fine for indoors but it isn't strong enough for any amount of wind. I got this 2 weeks ago and it completely broke from a windy day even while being supported on 3 sides. 30 mph gusts, nothing even close to what my area sees in the middle of summer. The plastic connector pieces are too brittle and also the metal poles bend extremely easily.

Aldis sells this once a year around this time for $13. I don't know how they even ship it for that price and make a buck. It's not very sturdy but does hold things well.

For $20 you can get a half the size one (3-4? shelves) at Ollie's. I used a couple taunt bungee cords and secured it to a railing. Shumard Oak tree seedlings are getting some sun and shade while they sprout 🌱.

Using a double cup, clear inside red with the clear having drain holes has been good for germinating persimmon seedlings in the past. Oaks seem to be doing fine too. I put the cups in a flower / veggie starter trays to keep them from falling over. They've already survived a 2-3 day monsoon and some pretty good winds.
