Update: Just got my pair in. Not a mark on the buds. Completely clean(I cleaned again anyways). Case pretty much the same. Nothing visible I can see. Exterior box looks like maybe was in store drawer or floor model? Provided ear tips are brand new(replacements oem or replacements not sure). Large ones fit well. USB-C cable. Updated case, each bud in about 4-5 mins in settings app on phone. Probably going to order replacements ear tips regardless. I also have a Galaxy S25+. It recognized it right away just opening case. Didn't even take buds out. Connected. Don't even need app anymore. Very nice. Sound is great for games and videos. Did a little testing already. Only haven't done phone calls yet but I am not really concerned with that.

Extra update: My version ordered was the white ones. Call quality great and messing with ambient and anc is really nice when needed. Ambient pass through is very clear and the anc is pretty strong. I'm thinking it just ear tips really holding it back.

Coming from Soundcore P30i's. Just overall more premium experience.

After I received two that looked like they came out of a dumpster, I can safely call them "used" and not an open box. Both went back.

Some of the worst earbuds I've purchased. They are cracked right after the warranty expired and now sweat can get in and they make a crackling noise. Hopefully they don't explode in my ears one day when exercising from sweat getting in and shorting something.

With all due respect such earbuds aren't made for exercise. You should go for Shokz 💯.

Picked up an excellent condition from my local best buy and it lived up to the description so far, came with original box and accessories, the buds and case are scratch less and really seem unused or at least cleaned very well.

I got a new one from Samsung and started using after few months of purchase and it broke in less than a year and Samsung wants to charge 170$ to fix it because it is out of warranty. I am never going buy these again.
