I've had two of these. One would not connect to the jlab software that allows you to customize the backlight timer. They sent me a replacement, but the new one registers multiple key presses when I only hit a number once on my keypad. Super annoying when doing data entry.

Odd and unfortunate you lose the home/end keys for the keyboard's functionality, looks like rather than coming up with a new custom design and adding their own function keys, they just repurposed an existing 104-key template.
