The Razer Iskur V2 X comes across as a supportive gaming chair with strong lower back and head support, good ventilation, and enough comfort for daily work from home use. The fabric version has held up for years in heavy use, though the arm rests can wear and the seat cushion may feel too firm for long stretches. Fit is a concern for shorter bodies, and there are reports of seat base cracking or wobbling over time. Warranty replacement for the base was handled easily, making it a decent long haul option if the sizing works.
Remote workers needing lower-back and head support, because the chair stays comfortable for all-day desk use and can hold up for years.
Gamers who sit for long sessions, because the chair has better ventilation than typical gaming chairs and can stay comfortable over time.
Heavier desk users wanting an ergonomic chair with warranty support, because the base can be replaced under warranty and the ergonomic support is good.
Buyers who want a chair with durable seat construction, because the seat base can crack or become wobbly within a year or after a few years.
Shorter users, because the chair can feel too large and made for taller people.
People who need a chair that stays comfortable for eight-hour workdays, because the seat cushion can become uncomfortable and force constant shifting.
Small users who need an easy return process, because similar gaming chairs can be hard to disassemble for sending back.

Edit: Looks like the one at my work is a Series 1. Perhaps the lumber is not adjusted correctly but on the Staples one I don't have any adjustments whatsoever. I just flipped it over and saw a production date of Feb 2020. There are definitely benefits to more expensive chairs, for example the faux leather or lack of it may not rip as easily, and the height adjustment won't randomly decrease a few steps when sitting in it sometimes but those are definitely caveats I can live with for around $100.

As for the Razer, I'd definitely take that over the cheaper DX Racer chairs I used to get but if I see something that is 'gaming chair' i'll avoid it like the plague as the materials are typically cheap and stiff as a board.
