Saw these two in person side-by-side and C5 is better B5 in terms of brightness. That said, it also depends on your budget and what TV you are upgrading from. UHD to B5 would be upgrade, other oleds (B3/B4) to B5 not so much. Also consider where (room) this TV is going to be in, if its semi-bright, C5 would be better, if its dark, B5 would be good enough.

whats the -56.69 from? im getting 1259.99 -126.00(memorial10) = 1133.99 before tax
