Bolded items in my opinion (IMO) are all winners in my area. I can easily get items for 50% off or more.
5/14 $3 off an Espresso Drink or Smoothie
5/15 $3 off a Whole Sandwich
5/16 $3 off a Whole Entree
5/17 $3 off a You Pick 2

My go to is $3 off entrees and sandwiches offers. Use it on breakfast sandwiches for an easy 50% off $4.99 Don to $1.99. Also, have an old gift card where I got a bonus card back near Christmas. Tack that on for more savings.
For a quick breakfast stop I still go for a $2 once per week egg mcmuffin with bacon in their app

McMuffin is exclusive to McDonald's. I am looking up the breakfast options and I do not think Panera even has English Muffins as a choice. They have croissant, ciabata, and bagels
My fault as I thought everyone would know that I meant McDonalds when I said Mcmuffin
I was looking at this again today and apparently, tomorrow will be $3 off Smoothies and Espresso drinks. Smoothies are downright expensive here, $6.39 being the lowest priced. For Espresso, if they are very specific, is only $2.49 and so it would be free if using the $3 off. Now, if they are stating any drink from that category, the cheapest would be $3.69 for an Americano.
Of course, these are only in areas where prices would be comparable to the above.
Going to get an Iced Madagascar Vanilla Latte with almond milk for $5.19 for a regular size and the $3 off works. $2.19 for a regular is not bad, more than 50% off!
Edit: Special shoutout to CHATGPT for helping me choose which ingredients go well with whatever variation of Espresso drink. It chose a winner!
