  • Kumho Solus TA11 (2026 Recall):

    • Affected Size: 225/60R16
    • Manufacturing Dates: Jan 21, 2021 – Jan 31, 2023
    • Defect: Tread separation
    • Remedy: Free replacement or refund
    • Source Documents: Review the full NHTSA Part 573 Safety Recall Report for detailed specifications.
Great name though. Love to have 4 on my car except im not into the tread seperation. Not that these new tires will do that, i'm sure they are just fine. But price the Goodyear Assurance and compare. I have goodyear on my camry, but for my wife's Highlander the tires were 2x as expensive ...$200+ a tire, so reaally wanted these Kumhos for her car, but Blackhawk just had a better price so used them (another chinese tire maker) for half the price. Those tires have done great, but are more of the 30k wear our quickly kind than the 60K touring type. anyways for my camry the Assurances were close in price to the chinese tires,
