I'll give it a shot. Seems like a better replacement for water when making ramen cups. Just the obligatory only use ramen cups that don't premix the seasoning, then discard or reduce the packet, as the sodium levels are sufficient here.

You can make chicken or vegetable broth taste like this or better by adding a bunch of mushroom seasoning - something like Trader Joe's Mushroom Umami sprinkle. Makes a really good base in a pinch to whip up a tasty soup. Less sodium and very flavorful. Cleaner taste than Ramen packet junk.
