What is the danger? 87% give 5 stars out of 2756 ratings on Amazon.
Claims to get rid of stale cig odor, which would be great. Wish I had known about a machine like this when I was a smoker!

It will literally kill you if you use it in the house when you are in it for example. You'll breathe in the ozone thinking its air with oxygen and the its the forever sleep.
So yeah clear out everything and everyone including pets and put warning signs on your doors if you plan to use it in the house. These are great for making an old or smoked in car smell fresh again - run the internal air circulator on the car while using so the ozone gets the HVAC pipes as well. Unplug it from the extension cord when done (don't open the car and take a big whiff of non-air while you fumble to turn it off). Again signs! and lock the doors to the car as well while it is in use.
