can u or anyone else clarify?
so i can sign up in spose name , even when i have current service in my name?
or do i need to cancel first?
so if i cancel today, in my past expierence, the service will not turn off immediately.
it takes about 5-7 days to full disconnect
can i sign up with spose info tomorrow? even though my service is in "limbo "
added confusion is i have a mobile line i do not want to loose either
Xfinity did ot honor $100 gift card though. My total is $51.xx.And free peacock premium for 1 or 2 years ...
You need a different first and last name and different email for your existing service address. You can still use the same credit card or a different one if you prefer, but it was fairly easy. Once you activate your new service, just take the old equipment back and they'll prorate whatever you used for that month on the old account.
Overall, it was about 30 minutes after waiting for about 10 minutes with other people ahead. Went from paying $65/month to $50/month saving an extra $180 a year for the next 5 years was an easily worth the time.
