Picked this up for a simple outdoor security setup and it's been surprisingly solid for the price. The 2K 5MP video quality looks sharp during the day, and the included solar panel helps keep the battery topped off without needing constant charging. Motion detection works well for people and vehicles, and it's nice that local storage is supported so you don't have to pay for a subscription just to use basic features. Setup is pretty straightforward over 2.4GHz WiFi, and the app is easy enough to navigate. Night vision performance is decent for a battery camera, though detection can occasionally be delayed compared to wired systems. Overall, it's a good option if you want an affordable, low-maintenance wireless security camera without monthly fees.
