How's jomashop customer service? Last time I bought a seiko on sale and it arrived all scratched up, I didn't bother to make a fuss due to the price but should've in hindsight

I have not had to deal with their customer service as I never had any issues, but they are a decently large retailer, and I would expect they are good.

I also have not had to use their customer service, but fyi the only part of a watch they will warranty is the movement.
