It's a mechanical click version. The Harbor Freight torque wrench works well, and if you worry a lot, you can calibrate it ... Check YouTube for method.
Oh, and the Pittsburgh version is under $20.

It seems both deals on this one and the 1/2" one are gone. I was lucky to score one of the 1/2" at $59.48 AC.

I don't see the coupon. $53.98 for me, but Lowe's has it on sale for $59.98 if anyone is trying to cash in on member rewards.
