This is a large 18 outlet surge protector with four USB ports that fits well for setups with lots of low wattage gear. The outlet count works for electronics benches and other multi device stations, and the USB section adds convenient charging without needing extra adapters. The main drawback is the tight outlet spacing, which can leave bulky plugs unusable unless you add short extenders. There is also concern about pushing high wattage loads through it, so it makes more sense for lighter duty use.
The tight outlet spacing can be worked around using an outlet extender to access otherwise unusable receptacles.
The surge protector design can suit electronics workbenches with many small loads when devices draw modest current.
The USB section adds convenience for charging while the AC outlets can still be used for multiple low-wattage devices.
A longer-cable white version is reportedly available for about $18.99 if the setup needs more reach.
The close placement of outlets can render many receptacles unusable due to bulky plug shapes.
Overloading the receptacle with high-wattage combinations can increase the risk of tripping breakers or overheating the strip.
Safety concerns can arise if internal components cannot handle the stated capabilities when all outlets are used.
Some concerns suggest UL testing may not apply to imported products, raising uncertainty about safety compliance.

The bottom with the USB ports though is NOT simple. Break that open and it looks like a small computer.
USB ports convert AC electricity to DC, so you need a rectifier. Then you need a switching controller to step the voltage down, then you need a transformer to provide isolation and voltage conversion, you need a circuit board to provide stable regulation at 5V and you need another chip to handle the USB "negotiation".
yeah the price on these circuits have become cheap, but getting higher amperage requires more advanced (expensive) circuitry. Additionally, you start experiencing switching losses and having serious issues with cooling.
That's why it's "cheap" to have 18 outlet strips, but expensive to have more USB

do you trip your circuit breaker?
or does the power strip melt
I got three electric irons, two electric steamers, seven electric kettles and four electric toasters and two electric heaters. I will put each appliance on FULL BLAST and see it it can handle the load. I will do this just before I go to bed... so we will know if I am alive tomorrow... this is a good product and if you never hear from me again, I don't know if this is a good idea.

So I am going to test it...

On the other hand, 85 plugged in clock radios aren't going to be a problem...

The breaker will trip every time.
