Also with Costco's return policy there's no problem returning it.
There's also a GOOD chance that it'll arrive fine. It seems like it might be something many wouldn't mind buying online so that they don't have to go to the store and haul it themselves.

IDK but I would imagine that Costco has worked with First Alert to cut down on safes arriving damaged. Also.. AFAIK this particular safe isn't sold in Costco's.
