Must add these 3 codes in the EVgo app
You can use these credits for CHARGEPOINT if you check this box in the filter in the EVGO app.

Credits May or May not expire after 30 days. I'm up to $100 over the past few months and haven't seen any disappear.

EVgo promo credits can add up fast, with the memorialdrive codes and CHARGEINTOSPRING stacking into account credit that is applied automatically before the payment method. The balance can be used across one or more sessions, and the same credit has been used at EVgo and, through the app, at ChargePoint locations. The main catch is redemption friction, since the app often throws errors, timeouts, or limit reached messages before the codes finally stick. Expiration is also unclear, with some credits showing up as active long after redemption while others later disappear or hit a use by date.
Common Questions (5)
Availability changes over time, but MEMORIALDRIVE5DU and CHARGEINTOSPRING were repeatedly reported as working after the other Memorial Drive codes expired or hit redemption limits. Some users also reported all three Memorial Drive codes working earlier, so the active set can change quickly.
The app can return errors, timeouts, or "promo code not valid" messages while still adding the credit to Active Promos. Retrying, reopening the app, keeping the phone awake, or updating iOS has helped the code appear after a delay.
The codes are commonly described as expiring about 30 days after redemption, but unused credits may stay in the account longer and some balances have remained visible for months. Once part of a credit is used, the remaining portion may expire on a shorter clock.
Yes. ChargePoint stations can be found and started in the EVgo app, and the session can draw from the promo credit balance. The app's map filter needs ChargePoint enabled, and some users had to browse without signing in first if the filter was glitchy.
The credit is added to your account balance and is used automatically during charging until it runs out, then the remaining cost is charged to your payment method. The balance can be spent across one or multiple sessions, and partial unused amounts remain until they expire.

Edit: Even though I got that message, the credit is still showing up under Active Promos.
I noticed the promo doesn't drop off the Promo Codes page in the app even after having used it up already.

One more question. The internet says the promo codes only work at EVgo chargers. They do not work at chargepoint. Is that correct?
