These are (black) $142 at their eBay store with 2 year warranty. All other colors are $169. Last week they were $160. I bought Moonlight Grey ones and they showed up looking brand new. IMO, at least for me, these are more comfortable than Sony XM5s which I also own. They sound pretty good too, probably not as good as Sony, but I'm happy with them.

Looks like BOSE increased the price of replacement earpads from 35 then 38 and now 49$.
That is INSANE for what is essentially foam.
Yes there are 3rd party ones and my favorite is Krone, but nothing comes close to OEM, and it sucks that they're turning this into a subscription model. Cheap headphones (price and quality) and expensive parts
