I have the prior 80V version of this backpack blower, and it is definitely a workhorse and super-powerful with the 4Ah batteries. I replaced a Stihl gas backpack blower with the Greenworks several years ago, and I don't miss it one bit.

I also have a slightly different model, similar specs but dual batteries in the backpack. In addition, I also have a handheld 800cfm model. I bought the backpack model when I was recovering from 3 torn muscles in my right arm (leaf blowing is not optional where we live - it needs to be done 2-5x's/wk for a few months).

The backpack isn't any more powerful than the handheld model, but I prefer it so much more. The handheld model begins to get heavy and awkward pretty quickly for a long leaf blowing session. But the sound from the handheld model is so much louder than the backpack model for me. I don't think the sound itself is any different, it's just positioned much better being behind me and down instead of near where I'm looking.

And sometimes, I do use both simultaneously, dual-wielding leaf blowers.

But the less strain on my body is so worth the premium for the backpack model. I'm sure their profit margin is MUCH higher on it, but it's still worth it imo.
