Made in Indonesia. Could be worth it. I'd play one locally before buying so you know what you're getting.

Assuming you haven't picked up a PRS SE before? They're almost all identical, from a handling perspective.

SE's are some of the best value guitars you can get, it's funny that people still make dentist jokes about PRS's. There's very little practical differences between one of these and a $4000 US made edition, if I weren't allowed to resell it for a profit I wouldn't trade my SE McCarty for a proper $2K+ Gibson Les Paul, the SE McCarty is nicer (and isn't going to break its headstock off if you look at it wrong).

Looks like Sweetwater has the Turquoise for $50 cheaper at $599 https://www.sweetwater.com/store/...-turquoise

If this is true, wouldn't being able to sell the removal service of the "SE" letters from the headstock for several thousands make the dentist jokes more relevant?

Pretty sure the biggest difference is the maple veneer vs a maple cap so there isn't as much depth to stain. Still looks great though

The PRS 24 is the guitar that Les Paul would be making today if Les Paul were making new guitars today ...

Source: I have a '72 Les Paul custom and a more modern PRS 24. They're not quite twins, but darned close.

The SE customs are absolutely the best guitar in their class. The colors here may not be everyone's cup of tea, but it's certainly going to be someone's shot of whiskey.

Very tempting! I just got a ESP LTD SN1000 Evertune that hasn't even arrived yet, so I'm trying really hard to avoid an impulse buy for this beauty.
