Gearwrench ratchets are awesome. I have the 90-tooth 3/8 version and it's the best in my toolbox.
However, I much prefer the slimmer non-cushioned handle versions, they're simply easier to maneuver. And if I need to put serious torque on something, I'll wear gloves anyway…
