ASUS Prime X870-P WiFi is a solid AM5 motherboard deal, especially for builders who want X870 features, WiFi 7, and extra NVMe support at a low resale price. The board is described as arriving like new or even brand new, with the usual accessories present, though Amazon Resale can occasionally miss items or send the wrong antenna. The main drawback is the basic ALC897 audio, which sounds thin and may need a DAC or amp, and the board only has two SATA ports. A strong value if those tradeoffs fit the build.

  • Builders who want an X870 AM5 board with Wi‑Fi 7 and extra NVMe slots, because it has the core platform features and enough storage expansion for a modern PC.

  • PC builders who can live with basic onboard sound, because the audio is easy to bypass with a DAC or amp.

  • Builders who want a low-cost full-size motherboard for a project, because the ATX layout fits a larger build without needing a higher-end platform.

  • Headphone listeners who want strong onboard audio, because the built-in codec sounds tinny and lacks amplification for higher-end headphones.

  • Shoppers who need a complete resale package with no missing extras, because the manual or small accessories can be absent.

  • Systems needing more than two SATA drives, because this motherboard only has two SATA ports.

  • Builders who need every included wireless accessory to match the newer antenna connector, because the wrong antenna can arrive and force a return.

Surprisingly mine seems brand new. It has the socket cover on, the peel on the IO shield is still there, doesn't seem like any bent pins in the socket, and the m.2 screw, wifi connector, and sata cable is unused. The manual is missing though, but that's not much of a concern. Hopefully you got a chance to get the B850+ TUF board that is pretty similar to this one.

I was able to order another one while it was on and just received it today. This one is new.
Someone suggested to always order 2 so you likely get a good one. I hate returning to amz so I dont do that.
