Bottom line I've learned is the lower costing home stuff is for getting to know if you are serious and should upgrade to a real gym membership or a $10,000 complete home setup or just being active an staying tone. And the lower costing a fitness program is the more of a scam to bait people who won't actually workout it may be and the more dangerous it might be. I was really lucky when my bands shot the metal caribeaners past my eye and thru the mirror and when my bench slowly collapsed instead of quickly folding down on me.
