I got this TV for $50, bestbuy 0pen-box couple months ago.
TV is slow, almost useless.
Get a roku and it's a decent tv.

Don't understand why you'd buy this unless you really need a 32 inch tv and even then I'd be looking at a 32 inch computer monitor and use an external streaming stick don't have to deal with the slow smart tv and get a much higher quality display for a similar price

I'm not buying this, but I'll give you an example in my case of why I was considering it.

I'm looking for a 24-32" 1080p screen. I need a minimum of 2 HDMI slots and it needs to have a remote. It's a very niche case but it can happen.

In my family room under my main TV I currently have a 15 inch monitor with my cameras displayed on it. I have 2 systems, NVR (with PoE) and "Homebase" (with wifi). I want to put a small TV on the wall beside my main TV with my 2 systems attached, replacing the 15 inch monitor.

Right now as it is, I have my PoE cameras in view 24/7 but these only show my front and back yard; my intention is to pop the Homebase on it so I can swap the input (using the remote, or if the TV has PiP, even better) and look at the other cameras, which show my front and back porch and other common areas inside my home. Right now the Homebase is attached to my regular TV and I must switch from whatever I'm watching to see the cams. At this point, it's better for me to just use my app. Until I am ready to change my system and get a PoE + NVR solution, this is what I want to do.

Any monitor (I've found) that has a remote and 2 HDMI slots costs way more than a 32" 1080p TV.
A "security monitor" (comes with remote and is usually perfect, but only ever) has ONE HDMI. They all seem to have BNC, VGA, etc. I could buy a converter but that brings the cost up to the TV anyway.
A regular monitor with no remote means I have to get up to change the input (which defeats the purpose completely), not to mention (most if not all) monitors with 2 HDMI ports also get more expensive than a 32" 1080p TV...(I thought about simply adding a HDMI switcher with remote to a monitor).

So yeah, 32" TV just seems to be the piece to fit my puzzle. I'd rather a "dumb" TV but can't seem to find any of those nowadays. I'd even take a 24" TV but they oddly seem to cost more.
