I used both but termidor made me more than likely not have to do both.
I didn't want to mess around with termites as the extra money for both is cheaper than repairing the damage and hiring an exterminator.

if applied properly, you won't have to mess around with these stakes. I ordered it myself from diypest and applied it around the barrier of my house. it was not easy and was quite the workout but now i have no worries about ongoing maintenance.

Don't bother unless you familiar with pest control. These are near useless in many areas. These are not as easy to place as people believe either. Not to mention a lot of other factors involved. At this price you can get pest control from a professional with a 6 month / 1 year guarantee. Yearly termite control in most areas is $80-$150. Some even include sealing areas in that price. I've lived in nearly 38 states.
