+1 from this is 'enhanced' which adds occupancy sensor; personally I think this is useless, they even quote a +3% increase in savings (23% vs 26%) (about $120 used)
+2 from this is 'premium' which adds air quality monitor and smart speaker with built in Siri/Alexa; I think this is worth it. No deals like this on it used tho (about $200 used)
If you have accessories on your HVAC (ventilator, humidifier, dehumidifier) or need duel transformer (separate Rc/Rh) you'll want a enhanced or premium version
