Got a previous version of this on sale. Works great, however I see a potential design issue here: the one I have has an intake port on the bottom and fan output port on the top. This allows a shirt to clip on the side and have some overlap without covering the intake. The model in this post has the intake port on the side so any baggy shirt you wear with this might be covering the intake port half the time unless you get it clipped in pretty well.

The one benefit to this design is it might be a Francis turbine style fan blade, which can actually generate slight air pressure on the exhaust port side so it could likely push air into a shirt compared to the other pass-through design that just "blows" air and won't move much if the exhaust port is partially obstructed. Think the difference between a hair dryer fan vs the squirrel cage fans used to inflate bouncy houses.
