I would never recommend a soft top permanent structure like this to anyone. Mine collapsed within 9 months. Squirrels ripped through the net and the metal rusted really bad until the roof caved in.

9 months seems extremely short. I've had a soft top in Phoenix AZ heat/sun and it's held up for several years now with no issues.

My cloths off top lessen me less than two summers. And that's living here in California. I can't imagine if you were in Nevada. Probably last less than one summer.
