Look like a similar bit set but they are color coded. This is a definite improvement, but not a $60 improvement. The ratchet, adapter, and driver handle appear to be the same.

I like the looks of the Wiha sets. If you're dealing with SAE and metric, the Icon set is a deal, especially if you catch a sale.
I do love my Wera Tool-Check. I have given several as gifts and they get a lot use.

I like the Wera tools, but I usually wait until I get their Advent Calendar as a present from my wife. Maybe not as fun as Lego, but a lot more useful.
