Our community has rated this post as helpful. If you agree, why not thank freakingwilly

Wife bought these for me a while ago because I love to grill and they are really nice. My only comment is that while it says it can function as a cutting board, I would strongly recommend against that. It's plastic and sharp knives will cut into it easily, making it harder to keep sanitary.

How would you say this would work for a full rack of ribs? Would they fit without trimming, or cutting in half? Looking to get something like this to use while adding rubs, etc.

I saw plenty of them at my local store. it is like nobody want it. Maybe the price will drop a little more later on?

If you're doing ribs you could get a nice pair of kitchen/utility shears and then you don't have to worry about it.

Ribs can bend as well. I fit a whole brisket in it.

i picked up 2. Initially plastic looks sturdy and good weight to it. expanded its very flexible but like the handle support on it as well. the drain hole is really convenient to have for drainage. Definitely big enough to use and prep your foods...

wonder how this compares to the Drip EZ. always thought they were expensive but seeing some of the cheap knock offs theres certainly a jump in quality between the 2.
