I got this from Lowe's a few months ago for $599 and it's a solid shed, but with some reinforcement it becomes a lot more solid.

I think I could fit a nice couch, small fridge, cooking burner and entertainment center with 42" tv. I might be able to mount an ac unit into a wall or just use a portable AC unit. For the bathroom I can just use an HD or Lowe's 5 gallon bucket and a hose to shower. Not bad.
