ThermoMaven G1 is a wireless meat thermometer that stands out for strong connectivity, especially when the base stays nearby or when Wi Fi matters for checking cooks from away from the house. The probe gets praise for solid build quality, useful ambient and internal temperature sensing, and good performance on rotisserie and other cooks. The 2 pack includes two probes, and the code has worked after switching to the ThermoMaven US seller listing. A few notes point to charging quirks and at least one probe reading issue, so it looks best for cooks who value remote monitoring and can tolerate some setup fuss.

  • Pitmasters cooking across the house, because Wi‑Fi and Sub‑1G connectivity can stay locked in when Bluetooth-only units lose probe communication.

  • Rotisserie cooks, because the probe is described as a good fit for rotisserie cooking.

  • Grillers who want multiple temperature points on one probe, because the ambient sensor and five internal readings make remote monitoring more informative.

  • Home cooks checking meat from another room, because Wi‑Fi lets them monitor a cook while away from the kitchen.

  • Cooks who need a probe that charges reliably every time, because it can require slow rotation to find the charging spot and otherwise beep loudly.

  • Anyone who needs accurate temperature readings for doneness, because the probe can stick at 98.6°F on a roast.

  • Bluetooth-only backyard cooks who leave the grill area, because Bluetooth is fine nearby but remote checking depends on Wi‑Fi.

  • People who want a thermometer that never loses probe communication, because Bluetooth-only units can occasionally drop the connection when the cooker is farther from the base.

$59.99 is inflated price.

https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0DG5GKJKB. - Regular price is already $39.99.

I'm a combustion fanboy, are these comparable?
If you're talking about the combustion inc predictive meat thermometer then no as those are in an entirely other league. But it's almost 7x the price as this so it's not really fair to compare.

Good deal on a wifi/bluetooth-connected wireless thermometer. I find having multiple sensors are very useful and thus would want a unit with at least 2 probes if not 4. But the real key to all of this is the WiFi connectivity. Having the ability to check on my cook while running to the market or just doing something else away from the house is what matters. Bluetooth is fine if you never leave what you are cooking, but if you do, having the WiFi is a must.

In 4 1 !
Been wanting one but I'm surprised its internal battery can withstand grill temps. Nobody has issues with using it inside a weber kettle?

What do you use multiple probes for? Different types of meat?

Yes. I'll run chicken and ribs at the same time. I'll also place multiple probes into larger things like turkey and brisket.
