ThermoMaven G1 is a wireless meat thermometer that stands out for strong connectivity, especially when the base stays nearby or when Wi Fi matters for checking cooks from away from the house. The probe gets praise for solid build quality, useful ambient and internal temperature sensing, and good performance on rotisserie and other cooks. The 2 pack includes two probes, and the code has worked after switching to the ThermoMaven US seller listing. A few notes point to charging quirks and at least one probe reading issue, so it looks best for cooks who value remote monitoring and can tolerate some setup fuss.

Common Questions (4)

  • The code may only apply to the $59.99 listing sold by ThermoMaven-US. Switching sellers, copying the code, and refreshing the cart can make it apply; the original seller listing may not accept it.

  • The G1's Wi‑Fi/Sub‑1G/Bluetooth connectivity is reported to stay locked in better than the older P1, especially when the cooker is farther from the kitchen. Bluetooth alone is fine if you stay nearby, but Wi‑Fi is the key feature for checking temps while you're away from home.

  • It can be finicky to charge, sometimes requiring slow rotation to find the charging spot or it will beep loudly. One report also says it read a rump roast at 98.6°F, so temperature accuracy may be inconsistent in some cases.

  • Yes. The 2-pack comes with 2 probes, so you get one probe per unit in that bundle.

$59.99 is inflated price.

https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0DG5GKJKB. - Regular price is already $39.99.

I'm a combustion fanboy, are these comparable?
If you're talking about the combustion inc predictive meat thermometer then no as those are in an entirely other league. But it's almost 7x the price as this so it's not really fair to compare.

Good deal on a wifi/bluetooth-connected wireless thermometer. I find having multiple sensors are very useful and thus would want a unit with at least 2 probes if not 4. But the real key to all of this is the WiFi connectivity. Having the ability to check on my cook while running to the market or just doing something else away from the house is what matters. Bluetooth is fine if you never leave what you are cooking, but if you do, having the WiFi is a must.

In 4 1 !
Been wanting one but I'm surprised its internal battery can withstand grill temps. Nobody has issues with using it inside a weber kettle?

What do you use multiple probes for? Different types of meat?

Yes. I'll run chicken and ribs at the same time. I'll also place multiple probes into larger things like turkey and brisket.
