For those of you still has shared data plan, you can add Xfinity Apple iPad A16 Blue 128 Cellular for $250 with 3yr discount plan. You can simply purchased the device, activate and turn off data to use as regular ipad. You pay $6.94 for 3 years. Device will be locked to xfinity for 3 years. I don't use cellular data. So for basic model, it seems to be a good deal. If you don't have shared data plan, that will cost you $20/month data which will kill you for 3 yrs.
