Never again. i used to love my milwaukee tools. Still do love the hand power tools. But the multi head trimmer and blower both resulted in my 8ah and 9ah batteries going out of sync and I get 30 seconds of run time at best. Milwaukee doesn't have cell leveling in the BMS in their batteries, reportedly not even in the new forge batteries and high demand tools like OPE can cause cell drift. Some cells discharge a little faster than others and the tool will stop when the first cell or bank of cells reaches its minumum voltage; however there are still cells with a higher charge in them. Then the charger will stop charging when the first bank reaches its maximum voltage, that will be the ones that didn't fully discharge. Leaving the lowest charged cells not fully charged. Put the battery back in the tool and that faster discharging bank will be the first to tell the tool to stop. Over time the delta between the highest and lowest charged cells will grow to where the battery no longer charges. Not because the cells are damaged or dead but because they are simply not balanced. Once that happens you better hope you're under warranty or that you're capable of opening the pack and manually balancing the banks. If you want battery powered outdoor power equipment look at a better brand that doesn't cheap out on battery design.
