the text on the rewards page says:

I clicked that link then added funds from the card, nothing happened re bonus stars (so far), and it doesn't tell you how many bonus stars. I'll post any news, please do the same.
EDIT: I wanted to polish off the paypal bonus, so I added another $40 to see if it gave another $5, it did not (ass expected). Here's the paypal offer deets, looks like it needed activation by 5/17, hope it helps remind someone anyhow, and it's worth checking anyway to see:
